ORDERS

How will I know if my order was submitted? 

You will receive a confirmation email once your information is submitted. If we are able to accommodate your order, you will receive an invoice via email from prints@kaws.com by Friday, May 14. If your order is successful, you can visit prints.kawsone.com to log into your account to view your order status. 

How will I know if my order was successful? 

If we are able to accommodate your order, you will receive an email confirmation by Friday, May 14 with your order details and payment instructions.  

Can I return my prints?

No. All sales are final. No refunds, replacements, or returns. 

PAYMENT

How do I make my payment? 

If we are able to accommodate your order, you will receive an email confirmation with payment instructions. Payment must be made via Bank Wire Transfer using the account information in the order confirmation. This is the only payment option available. A single payment in full must be made from the name and bank account you submitted on your order form. Please include the invoice number with your payment.

When is my payment due? 

Payment is due within 3 business days from the time the order confirmation is sent to you. 

How can I confirm that you received my payment? 

Log in to your account to view your order or send us an email reply from your order confirmation. 

ARTWORK DETAILS

Are the prints signed and numbered? 

Yes, each print is signed, numbered, and dated by the artist. We are unable to accept requests for specific edition numbers. The edition number you receive will be determined at random. 

Does my print come with a certificate of authenticity?

No, we do not issue certificates of authenticity for prints.

Are the prints framed? 

Prints are sold unframed. Framing specs are available upon request.  

SHIPPING

How and when will my order ship? 

The print will ship flat in a reinforced cardboard box.

Projected to start shipping May 17 through June, upon which time we will send you a FedEx tracking number. 

Can I change my shipping address?

No. Please make sure you submit the correct address for your order.

Will my shipment be insured?

Yes, the shipment will be insured with FedEx's loss and protection insurance.
